50+ Original But Classic Bible Names

I was researching Bible Names for Babies and I found that most websites ranked highly weren’t written by Christians, but rather they were written by major baby sites. The problem is you might end of with a boy name from some disobedient king like Ahab! Or a girl name who was a traitor like Delilah.

No, no, no. Let’s not.

I made this list and did some research to make sure these original but classical biblical names for babies weren’t any of the bad ones.

Some letter don’t have any “good” names available…so I left them blank (comment to me if you find one)!

I hope you like it!

(PS. Other names you might want to avoid are Absalom, Jezebel, Judas and Cain)

    I love this list!

Our little girl is named Jecholia (Ju-kole-eea. She was the mother of King Azariah and her name means “the Lord has prevailed.”

Maacah is another girl name found in the Bible.
